When patients first visit Dr. Branch he performs an Intake Interview lasting 2 to 3 hours. During this session he develops a Consciousness Map (see example) of the patient's condition and the environmental factors that may be contributing to it. People often don't realize how environmental and/or social components can exacerbate their problems until they have discussed them with Dr. Branch.

After the initial diagnosis, Dr. Branch often schedules follow up appointments during the course of the treatment. Telephone consultations are also available.

Dr. Branch does not participate in any HMO or PPO network plans; however, he does provide standard CPT and ICD-9 diagnosis codes on bills and receipts that may be used to obtain reimbursement from insurance carriers. Please check with your own insurance provider to determine the level of Out of Network reimbursement you may receive. Furthermore, many Flex Plans or Health Savings Accounts may reimburse for homeopathic care provided by Dr. Branch.
